Event Management System - Facility Reservations

If you do not have a Virtual Event Management System Account (HMC users only) please sign in with your HMC credentials to automatically create an account.

When making a reservation please be aware of the new space and its occupancy restrictions. You can find this information by clicking the ‘search’ tab at the top of the page then choosing ‘search for facilities’. A clear list of all facilities will populate. 

To reserve a room:
Sign in with your HMC credentials. Click on ‘submit a request’ tab at the top of the page, then continue through the reservation process. Please note you may reserve a room in Hoch-Shanahan up to 4 hours before your event and all other spaces up to 48 hours before the event. Please call Facilities and Maintenance at 909.607.4559 to reserve space inside these time frames.
